Full Interior Renovation - Project In Progress

This project is for a full home renovation of a classic beaches home. Project includes full interior demolition, removal of all existing framing and load bearing walls to allow for new framing and open concept. Mechanical works include new electrical, plumbing and rework of existing HVAC.  House to be fully insulated to keep the home energy efficient, warm, and meet building code.  Project also includes all finishes, such as drywall, trim, paint, etc. The homeowners at the end of this project, will move into a full renovated , up to date stunning home.
